Hello, this fault is due to no paper being detected. Please confirm the following points:
1. Whether the paper is installed normally, and if there is any jamming issue.
2. Reposition the paper, open the Delli label printer user tool, 【Restore Factory Defaults】 - 【Calibrate Label Threshold】.
