Hello, please follow the steps below:
1. Confirm that the printer is connected to power and the paper roll is installed correctly.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Press and hold the paper feed button. When you see the indicator light (blue) blink once or hear a 'beep~', release the paper feed button. The printer will begin to print a self-test page.
