Hello, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn on the printer and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Search for external Bluetooth devices (you can refer to the name on the self-test page for the device name).
2. Once you have successfully found the relevant printer model, click to connect.
3. After the pairing is complete, open the food delivery software that needs to be connected, click on [Settings] - [Printer], and select the printer model to connect via Bluetooth.
【Note】 During pairing, please pair one-to-one. Otherwise, it may not be possible to determine which printer was successfully paired. After successful pairing, other phones cannot be paired with this printer. If you need to pair with other phones, you need to disconnect and reconnect first.
