Hello, the paper replacement operation is as follows:
Roll paper installation:
① Identify the thermal side of the roll paper: Slide your fingernail across the paper surface; the side that turns black is the printing side. When installing the roll paper, ensure the printing side is facing up.
② Print paper compatibility: It can print 2-inch/3-inch/4-inch/A4 width thermal paper. Paper width supports 55mm-216mm.
③ Installation of different sizes of thermal paper: Adjust the paper limiters inward at the same time to adapt to the paper width, and you can install different sizes of thermal paper.
④ APP paper type setting: Select the corresponding paper type in the APP print settings based on the installed print paper.
Folded paper installation:
① Paper identification: The blank side is the printing side, and the black mark side is the identification side.
② Paper loading (Method 1): Ensure the paper limiters are at the A4 width position, the paper tray is empty, and the top cover is closed tightly. In the powered-on state, take out the topmost folded paper, with the blank side facing up and the identification side facing down. Align the paper with the paper feed slot and insert it until it is sucked in and cannot be pulled out.
② Paper loading (Method 2): Open the top cover, and directly place the paper into the paper feed slot at the back of the machine until the paper reaches the print head. Close the top cover. Note that the paper should not be too skewed, and the exposed paper tear knife position should not exceed 1cm.
③ APP paper type setting: Select the paper type as A4 folded paper in the APP print settings.
④ Paper tearing: Tear along the dotted line.
