When was the last time you used the printer? If it has been more than 15 days, a head clog may occur. It is recommended to perform a cleaning cycle on the printer. Please follow the steps below:
1. In the System Settings, press the 【Up/Down Arrow Keys】 to find 【clean mode】. Press the 【OK】 key to enter 【clean mode】.
2. Load Letter or A4 paper into the paper tray.
Press the 【Start】 button to begin cleaning the printer.
You can check if the cleaning was successful by printing a test pattern. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can perform a second cleaning.
