Hello, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
I. Internal Paper Jam
1. Open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge.
2. Remove the lower part of the jammed paper.
3. Slowly pull the jammed paper out from inside the printer.
4. Install the toner cartridge and close the front cover.
II. Rear Paper Jam
1. Open the rear cover.
2. Remove the upper part of the jammed paper, slowly pulling it out from the rear of the printer.
3. Close the rear cover.
III. Paper Tray Jam
Remove the paper tray, pull out the jammed paper from the paper feed slot, and reinsert the paper tray.
Press the (Function Button) to resume the remaining print job; press and hold the (Function Button) for at least 3 seconds to cancel the print job.
