After placing the paper roll into the paper slot inside the machine, pull out a section of the printing paper beyond the print head to ensure that the machine can recognize the printing paper when it is closed.
3. Check the status of the paper roll. Open the device and adjust the paper roll on both sides to make it even and tight. If the paper roll is loose, it may cause resistance in the paper slot and result in paper jamming. (If possible, you can directly replace with a new consumable for testing)
4. Confirm that you are using official paper roll consumables. Non-official consumables may cause the paper roll to be too long or have a diameter that is too large, which can jam the paper slot.
