Hello, when printing from the software, please go to [Select Printer] -> [Properties] -> [Printing Preferences] -> [Roll] -> [Feed] and adjust the parameter to a negative number (if there is 2mm less blank paper after printing, adjust the [Feed] parameter to a positive number).
