The barcode printer has a continuous shift in printing position (E740C).

1. When using label paper, it is generally an error in the paper type setting. Please follow the steps below:

   ① Open the configuration tool, click on [Settings Printer] - [Paper Type], and change it to [Label Paper].

   ② [Control Panel] - [Devices and Printers] - [Right-click the printer icon] - [Printing Preferences] - [Page Setup] - [New], and set the [Width] and [Height] in [Label Size] according to the actual specifications.

   ③ Open [Control Panel] on your computer - [Devices and Printers] - [Right-click the printer] - [Printing Preferences] - [Roll] - [Paper Settings] - Set both [Method] and [Type] to [Use Current Printer Settings].

2. When using continuous paper:

   ① If the height is fixed, please go to [Control Panel] - [Devices and Printers] - [Right-click the printer icon] - [Printing Preferences] - [Page Setup] - [New], select [Continuous Paper Fixed Length] for [Type], and set the [Width] and [Height] in [Label Size] according to the actual specifications.

   ② If the height is not fixed, please go to [Control Panel] - [Devices and Printers] - [Right-click the printer icon] - [Printing Preferences] - [Page Setup] - [New], select [Continuous Paper Variable Length] for [Type], and set the [Width] in [Label Size] according to the actual specifications. The height can be set to a larger value.

[Warm Tip] This is a label printer. If the problem persists after adjusting the settings when using continuous paper, it is recommended to use a receipt printer.
