1. Using Label Paper: This is an error in the paper type setting. Please follow the steps below:

   ① Open the configuration tool, click on 【Printer Settings】 - 【Paper Type】, and change it to 【Label Paper】.

   ② 【Control Panel】 - 【Devices and Printers】 - 【Right-click the printer icon and select it】 - 【Printer Preferences】 - 【Page Setup】 - 【New】, set the 【Width】 and 【Height】 in the label size according to the actual specifications.

   ③ Open the computer's 【Control Panel】 - 【Devices and Printers】 - 【Right-click the printer and select it】 - 【Printer Preferences】 - 【Roll】 - 【Paper Settings】- 【Method】 and 【Type】 should both be selected as 【Use Current Printer Settings】.

2. Using Continuous Paper:

   ① Fixed Height: Open the computer's 【Control Panel】 - 【Devices and Printers】 - 【Right-click the printer icon and select it】 - 【Printer Preferences】 - 【Page Setup】 - 【New】, select type as 【Continuous Paper Fixed Length】, and set the 【Width】 and 【Height】 in the label size according to the actual specifications.

   ② Variable Height: Open the computer's 【Control Panel】 - 【Devices and Printers】 - 【Right-click the printer icon and select it】 - 【Printer Preferences】 - 【Page Setup】 - 【New】, select type as 【Continuous Paper Variable Length】, set the 【Width】 in the label size according to the actual specifications, and the height can be set to a larger value.

【Tip】 This model is a label printer. If the issue persists after adjusting the settings for continuous paper, it is recommended to use a receipt printer.
