Hello, the reasons for this issue with the machine are as follows:
1. The machine is set to the accumulate mode; please restart it by turning it off and on again.
2. There is money or an object blocking the sensor in the middle of the machine's money collection tray. Please remove the obstruction.
3. If neither of the above two points is the problem, the machine requires repair.
