It is recommended to keep the printer powered on at all times. The machine can perform regular automatic maintenance, which will reduce the likelihood of clogging. Our printers have a regular automatic cleaning function, which requires the printer to be powered on to operate. Power outages may affect the condition of the print head, resulting in poor print quality. This can be resolved by gently wiping the nozzle surface with a paper towel dampened with clean water.
