Hello, the issue might be caused by dried ink or clogged nozzles. Inkjet printers are prone to clogged nozzles when they are not powered on for extended periods. It is recommended to keep the printer powered on at all times, as the machine can perform regular automatic maintenance, which reduces the likelihood of nozzle clogs. Our printers have a feature for periodic automatic cleaning, which can only be effective when the printer is kept powered on. Disconnection from power can affect the condition of the print head, leading to poor print quality. This can be resolved by gently dripping water on the nozzle surface and wiping it with a tissue.
