The receipt printer (E801PN) is printing intermittently, with a single line of text split into two separate lines (one above the other).

1. If the driver is not installed:The printer might be using the driver for another printer. Download and reinstall the correct driver.

2. If the driver is already installed:** Check if the driver port is being shared.

 How to check:Open the [Control Panel]- [Devices and Printers] - Right-click the printer and select [Printer Properties] - [Ports]. If two printers are shown using the same port, modify the port settings for the other printer.
