The receipt printer prints intermittently, with a single line of text split into two lines (E581PW).

Hello, please follow the steps below:

1. If the driver is not installed: When printing, it may call the driver of another printer. Please download and reinstall the driver.

2. If the driver is already installed, check if the driver port is shared. To view this, go to: Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Right-click the printer and select Printer Properties -> Ports. If the same port shows two printers at the same time, modify the port of the other printer.
