1. The printer only supports connecting to 2.4GHz WiFi. It is recommended to turn off the dual-band integration function of the router and separately release the 2.4GHz WiFi signal for connection.
2. If the WiFi name is in Chinese, connect to the WiFi displayed as square boxes ""□□□"" on the printer's screen.
3. After resetting the printer to its factory defaults, try reconnecting to the WiFi.
4. After restarting your router, attempt to reconnect to the WiFi.
