Why is the E581PW receipt printer not automatically accepting orders when connected to a mobile device with delivery software?

1. Auto-accept Orders Setting:** Whether the auto-accept orders function is enabled within the delivery software.

2. Bluetooth Connection Issues:

① Bluetooth Name Convention:For receipt printers manufactured *before* July 2020, the Bluetooth name starts with "PRINTER." For receipt printers and label printers manufactured *after* July 2020, the Bluetooth name starts with the model number, such as "DL-581" for a DL-581 machine. The prefix of the Bluetooth name matches the model number.

② Device-Specific Bluetooth Names: Some printers have different Bluetooth names for iOS and Android devices. When connecting from an Apple device, choose the Bluetooth name with the "IOS" suffix. When connecting from an Android device, choose the Bluetooth name *without* the "IOS" suffix.

3. Background App Clearance: Ensure the delivery app is not cleared from the background of your phone. The delivery app needs to remain logged in and active in the background for the Bluetooth printer to function correctly. Do not force stop or clear the delivery app from recent apps after connecting the printer.

4. App Not Kept Open:Similar to the previous point, ensure the app is not closed completely. The delivery app needs to remain logged in and active in the background for the Bluetooth printer to function correctly. Do not force stop or clear the delivery app from recent apps after connecting the printer.

If you have checked all the above points and the issue still persists, please contact after-sales service for further assistance.
